Our dairy farmer, Autumnwood Farm in Forest Lake, Minn delivers to us every week, I make the ice cream, we sell it. We do this all over again the next week.

Fresh ice cream is that simple and because of our simplicity and smallness it is the freshest ice cream you will find. I make all the ice cream myself and have been for the 20 years I have been in business. Ice cream making to me is a passion, obsession and pure joy.

My concentration and focus is on ingredients because I believe quality ingredients speak for themselves. I surround myself by the best farmers, makers and providers. I pay extra, go the extra mile and have extra fun in sourcing what goes into the ice cream. Quality ingredients is the backbone here, its the standard of excellence that I like to be measured by.
