Vanilla
If you want to know how fresh our ice cream is - try the vanilla.The milk and cream really shows off its freshness with this flavor. We use two different kinds of quality fair trade vanilla - bourbon and Tahitian. Enjoy as a scoop on a cone or take home a pint/quart for your favorite pie.

Strawberry
The strawberries are provided to us by farmers in SE MN and from Natura Farm in the St. Croix Valley area. We get about 100 flats of berries at their peak of freshness within a span of about 3 weeks, they are then frozen here to be used year round. We take pride in using local organically raised strawberries in one of our best selling ice creams. I highly recommend a strawberry malt or shake, we use the same local strawberries and blend them with our vanilla ice cream.
Note: we have run out of local strawberries for the winter/spring.
Coconut, Roasted Almonds and Chocolate Chips
This is a wonderful flavor that sells quite well. We use pureed coconut and fold in roasted and salted almonds with chocolate chips. Yum.
Malted Vanilla with Malted Milk Balls
If you are a malt fan this flavor is for you. Malted vanilla ice cream with all-natural malted milks folded in.
Fresh Banana
Fresh organic bananas are combined with our organic milk and cream. Great kids flavor!
Brandy Soaked Cherry
And I mean BRANDY SOAKED! These are intense cherries that are folded in a vanilla base ice cream.
Coffee and Handmade Brownies
Coffee is the base of this yummy ice cream with brownies folded in.
Mint with Chocolate Chips
Chocolate chips made by Midwest Northern Nut Co. in NE Mpls along with mint extract made by Boyajian - one of the highest quality peppermint extracts, is a perfect combination.
Sea Salt, Caramel and Praline Pecans
By far our most popular flavor. We make our own caramel sauce for this ice cream and fold in praline pecans for a rich, caramel crowd pleaser.
Butter Pecan
Another fan favorite using local butter that is caramelized with sugar and cream. The pecans are roasted and salted which compliments the sweet creaminess of this ice cream.
Salty Peanut Butter Ice Cream with Homemade Chocolate Caramel Nougats
Locally made Parkers Farms peanut butter is used for the base of this 2012 new flavor. We also make our own nougats that are made with our caramel sauce and 70% chocolate.
Cookies and Cream
This ice cream uses all-natural and organic Newman O’s which are similar to oreos. They are folded in Tahitian vanilla ice cream.
Butter Brickle
Butter Brickle is new for 2012! We use our own homemade butterscotch sauce for the base of this ice cream, our own brickle(bits of toffee)!
Homemade Vanilla Extract with Almond Toffee
We steep vanilla beans in vodka for 16 months to make our own extract. Give this truely homemade flavor a try!
Valrhona Araguani Chocolate
Made from rare Venezuelan cocoa beans, Araguani can be compared to wines with high tannins and a long lasting finishon the palate. It has flavor tones of currants and chestnuts withhints of honey and fresh baked bread.
Varlhona Manjari Chocolate
A composition of rare cocoa beans from Madagascar; fresh, acidic, sharp bouquet with red fruit notes.
Valrhona Guanaja Chocolate
Intense chocolate. A blend of Criollos and Trinitaros cocoa beans from South America. Deep chocolate taste, very long on the palate.
Pineapple Ginger Sorbet
A nice combination of flavors and very refreshing!
Passion Fruit and Mango Sorbet
The sweetness of mango offset the tart passion fruit for this beautiful sorbet.
